Alot of alcohol yesterday - topped off with 300 mg's of DXM on my way home. Holy shit that was a dumb fucking idea. Woke up with the nastiest hangover and vomited yellow bile all day.

All good now, though. I deserved today for dosing that much at such a stupid time.

Time for some more caffeine and nicotine =)
