I could at least have the chance of smoking some opium, never going to get that here in Ireland. Never.

Don't assume that opium is common in america, I think you have equal chances of finding it in both america and ireland. If u want to try it that badly, grow some opium poppies, it's not that hard though the yield is pretty low.... but it's worth a try.
