Oh..... the usual three... caffeine, nicotine & alcohol. Drinking much less volume these past few weeks and feeling good about it. Alcohol is one of my worst vices and really is just about the shittiest drug there is other than for the complexities of flavors it can add to food through pairings.
Cannabis- MY PO said no more peeing in a cup for now. Thats good. Pre mixed synthetic urine is more expensive than it should be and its stressfull to have to fake a UA.

I know the feeling bro. Coke binges are such a bitch to recover from. Face gets all bloated, skin oily and rotten for many days after, nose block, paranoia, heart rate and blood pressure keep fucking with you, and depression/anxierty. Trust me I know the feeling too lol. Good to hear u are doing well, drink mad water, eat fruits, go for walks(get oxygen), sleep like a bear, and piss as much as possible. Most importantly, stay pimped out!

I used to do 8 balls like i was Pablo, now i stick to weed, less recovery time required lol.
