What drugs give you the best feeling of warmth when you take them?

Glutehthimid looks like some kind of barbiturate. But where do you live that you can actually get something like that? Just curious. Barbiturates don't seem easy to come by, and I probably couldn't safely take them being on Klonopin.

Once, many years ago when my grandfather was alive (he was a doctor and lived to be 99) i was in his house and found a whole box of old medications he had and he had some Seconal/Reds. I know I couldn't probably have safely taken any cause of the possible Klonopin interaction, but I wish I'd at least taken one and saved it as an artifact. It seems to be pretty rare. Now he and my grandmother have passed so who knows what happened to it, but at that point it was around 2009 give or take, and I bet you it was from the 70s, maybe even the 60s.

That happened in Bulgaria.

As far as I remember the codeine in Codterpin was codeine purum while in the codeine tabs it was codeine phosphate (or something like that) but I remember it was different. It was funny because there was kids codeine tablets with smaller milligrams and they were sugar coated😂.Even it has happened if I have more money that I go and buy big boxes of codeine tablets and glutethimide jars.
Actually I have been always curious who found out about that legendary combo between codeine and glutethimid because we have tried mixing it with tardil or fenobarbytal instead but it was different effect. It was years of total opioid epidemy in Bulgaria between 1997-2001 when it was extremely easy to buy the pills from literary every pharmacy but then it became real addiction problem and they stopped giving them so most of us turned to heroin.

Substutol is 24h morphine release tablets, totally injectable , 200mg each and there was 120 mg as well. We had substitol programs in Bulgaria (I believe there is still) like a methadone program. But bupre is not well known at all there, at all.
 
Heroin when u hit the sweet spot its the best when I say heroin I mean European H I tried fent when I go back to states it not do it for me it dont compare for me
 
Fresh bedsheets, a nice warm shower, snacks, a good movie, a tasty vape juice and a qaurter gram of Australian heroin #4.
 
MDMA + psilocybin mushrooms. Didnt use non prescribed drugs in ages but when warmth and empathy of pure MDMA is combined with heavy but pleasant load that large dose of psilo mashrooms brings (together with open eyes visuals and all other positive aspects of good psilo mushrooms) the experience gets ingrained in memory. The trick is to take mdma an hour before shrooms and redose 1/3 to 1/2 of first mdna dose when the mashrooms kick in. And the thing I found to be most helpfull when taking a large dose of mashrooms is to grind them down in a coffee grinder and then drink the shroom powder in a beverage of choice. That way body absorbs them much easier and they kick in fully within half an hour after consumption without gastrointestinal difficulties. Pure bliss! Will do it again if I get hold off pure MDMA. The shiny, almost white fluffy (powdered from the bigger ones), crystals. I am "waiting" till they appear in my life. So within 5 years I should be able to re-experince the pure bliss of this combo. Especially if MAPS gets the job done.

Feeling euphoria by being coddled neurologically?

Physical warmth?

Opioids and some benzos. Alcohol for sure as well. But GHB always felt "cold" to me.

Certain psychedelics and entactogens. LSD, MDMA, 2c, and to a lesser extent tryptamines. But this type of warmth is more abstract, obviously.
 
I'd have to say a hefty dose of IV Dilaudid pushed .5mg every 30 mins

and a few oxy IR and IV promethazine with IV Lorazepam best warmth I ever felt no doubt
 
top tier: definitely dmt. it is scary and unsettling, and sometimes i wish i never did it (and i'm a psychedelic lover with a want of hitting high peaks and am a glutton for punishment, fwiw)... but WHOOOOOOO boy, that "welcome home" euphoria, floating on clouds... the deep and primal massage of warm, undulating, electric bliss... mmm, nothing like it.

2nd place: opiates, maybe dilaudid takes the take but suboxone takes the second one for me (i know, it's weird but it's better than heroin for me)... or prolly opium better yet.

honorable mention: tbh, i found dissociatives to knock opioids out of the park, and give dmt a run for its money... but i wouldn't describe them as "warm", per se...

u know like how with benzos the euphoria comes from having the anxiety turn off? no? maybe? well with dissos, seems to me the the euphoria comes from the blocking of the attachment between the conscience and the emotional state, almost as though emotions are turned off (or maybe the emotions are reset/ scrambled, like a bite of ginger to the brain's taste buds).

and then there comes a point, like during a hole, where emotions can EXPLODE and make a mess of the dirt/ gravel of a perfectly good construction site driveway. purest xtc, maybe even up there with dmt when the perfect hole hits.

eth-lad and 1p-lsd make my whole body feel warm. eth-lad the most, i get tactile hallucinations all over my body and feel really warm... definitely not the same type of warmth like opiates... might describe the tripping as hot feelings. those lsd particular analogues make me feel a little bit similar to being sick, not really like nautious, but just something weird and warm going through my body, like if i took a low dose with out knowing it, i'd probably just assume i had a bug or something.

other lsd analogues i've tried are al-lad, and ald-52 and i didn't really get any feelings of warmth as a side effect from them... i'm not sure when the stuff i got from the streets was real lsd-25 or not, so i can't really comment on how that compares to something like eth-lad.

oh fuck, i forgot about the gabapentinoids!

i haven't had pregabalin (want to try it like i want to try methaqualone), but gabapentin was more euphoric than most opioids to me... idk if it beats opium or hydromorphone, but it definitely feels better than most other opes.

definitely a warm, euphoric, relaxing yet functional (aside from when i'm pretty sure i had a seizure or stroke or some shit from overdosing) stone... like the champagne of downers.
 
Opiates do that.

Oxycontin, dilaudid

Liquor briefly when swallowed, round about in the stomach...

Ohh it can be found, however the prices are astonishing, even with good connects it’s absurd, sh*t that they barely has h and just about 90% fetty is cheap *mod edit prices removed*.
Nothing beats the good ol’’natural opiate, not opioid, they are two sides of a coin. One is all natural, and one is all chemical, with so many analogs now days that are so potent, but destroy your receptors, mu, mu1, mu2, mu3, kappa1, kappa2, kappa3, delta1 , and delta2 along with nocicepric and zeta receptors, of course the the main ones these are (μ, δ, κ) they are the most susceptible ones to the analgesic effects / properties of opioid interaction with said μ-receptor.
