The beginning of a mushroom trip. People always say they feel anxiety during the come-up, but I feel so good I cant help but to rub my thighs and legs together. Its weird to explain, I mean you are just starting to get the OEV's and CEV's and everything seems just so..... like it was meant to happen, that there is a point to existance, its so powerful.. this is also when I find music to be the best.

I'm surprised more people haven't voted for a simple Speedball of heroin & cocaine.
I prefer to snort my drugs and I just love to mix a big pile of coke with about 3 bags of Jersey's finest heroin and do a huge scarface line. The euphoria that follows is intense although it only stays real strong for about 10 minutes.

hydromorphone aka dilaudid IV = the most euphoric rush. Doesnt last long but the rush makes up for it.

DMT - you feel like the universe just hugged you for simply being

LSD - that notion you get during the mental peak of a high dose where you think that you know all of the solutions to the problems in your life... unfortunate that the first step (for me) is usually to stop doing drugs. I know a lot of people who can actually implement changes that catalyze an actual positive shift... I don't mean to discredit the drug. I do enjoy the illusion of empowerment.

And of course for a plain feel good high there's always the opioid/ates.

MDMA euphoria just seems completely false and fake to me. Having people I know for a fact hate me tell me they love me is one example :D
