It was that synthetic pink cocaine called Tusi (Two-see) not to be confused with 2-CB that got it's start in Colombia. Ghb was gunna be my main put in --- this is gunna be hard logic to follow and it is speculative but look for the term "Slippery soap" it was used alot and I suspect it to contain high levels of 1.4 butanediol --- Now somebody smart tell me if would be possible to achieve transdermal effects with a high enough dose? --- but slippery soap that is my contribution and it may be wrong.
