What drugs are hard on what organs?

Ketamine: Kidneys, Bladder
Marijuana: Lungs


I was just wondering if we could compile a list here. Such as:

LSD:
Cocaine:

etc etc

Well, cocaine has specific cardiotoxicity via blockade of sodium channels, and MDMA and DMT have specific cardiotoxicity (as well as some other related psychedelics, especially MEM) via agonism of peripheral 5-ht2b receptors.

The title question is a bit like asking "what are the negative effects of every drug on every organ", which is a pretty broad topic for a single thread.

If you are going to say Marijuana is hard on the lungs then you should also include any drug that people smoke ie. crack, meth, heroin and other opiates (pills, opium, etc), ciggs (duh), all the various RCs, plus those silly folk who swear by putting coke or xanax or anything else into a joint or blunt... Literally everything you smoke has potential to damage your respiratory system...

There's a whole list of drugs that can be neurotoxic when abused / taken in excess: meth, MDMA, and other amphetamines come to mind but I know there's more.
