Hands down.

Hear a few Mac Miller and Wiz Khalifa songs and now they think they're the biggest stoners around when 6 months ago they were still rehearsing quotes from DARE.

Also hate those stoners who think they're so individual and cool cause they're a pot head. Not to mention talking so much shit about drinkers and cigarette smokers.

Also can't stand the ones that think they're bad shit because they took a xanax bar from mommy's dresser and took a shot of daddy's Morgan. Saw too many of those in highschool.

Dude this is pretty much the acting population on HighDEAs. Seriously, the community on that site makes me want to barf.

Alcoholics. No matter how much money they have or how socially high profile the person and his profession he may have.

My cousin an alki and I could NOT stand him being around.

On the other hand smack user who just doses to mellow is a joy to work with.

During a furnace installation theses type users get into what they are doing and ask questions and are good workers .

Flip side is when they're straight they can't wire a light switch.

Only problem they can't drive...... the boss had to pick them up you have to drop than .

Drunks want drink constantly and they stink from BO.

Plus I was a fall down drunk and I know how bad it looks from just the little
gossip.

I strongly dislike the immature lil' pricks at high school who think they're cool just because they use drugs- usually anything they can get their hands on. Drugs are about the experience, not the rep it brings you.

I fully agree with one of the above posters, MDMA users would have to be my favourite. They are so friendly and outgoing, unlike the alcoholics who are usually trying to start fights.

the masses of sheep-like teenagers poppin thizzles day n night. all listening to the same kinda mainstream pop bullshit. wearing the same kinda fluorescent skinny jeans n disney 3d glasses. as a psychobilly, i have an infinite well of rage to these idiots. be original for fucks sake n have your own mind. i wudnt consider them a drug counter-culture, but theyr all on drugs.

i feel a lil better now.
 
I don't like the people that believe everything they hear, and for some reason won't listen to you when you've actually done your research. It seems like younger stoners do that a lot.

People that are proud of their drug use, or use it to bring attention to themselves, people that are just generally too in your face, things like that, people who are too high on E or coke get like that sometimes.
 
Even though I am not in the game anymore I still fit in to the culture in a unique way, what to call it I have no idea..

I am the middle age codger club who's wife keeps a tight reign on hubby's meds cause he'd go on a bender.

While I am not a fan of the skinny jean-neon ex popping sub culture either, isn't Psychobilly even MORE codified in it's rules for participation? Kool flat top, Fred Perry, Dr. Martens, and a love for a handful of bands that (to the non-psycho) all sound the same? Not trying to beef, as I love Psychobilly tunes myself (been a Meteors fan for a decade!), but hating one label, only to back it up by labeling yourself as another, even more specific, MORE strict label. I guess I don't get it.



For me, any subculture that defines itself, with a name, rules, expectations... meh.

ok yeah i get what youre saying.
I was only baggin on the mannerisms of the culture, not the idea of sub-culture itself.
When i stated i was a psycho, i was saying that to justify my anger, (which is alot) as the punk rock sub-culture easily points out the problems with the mainstream cultures .
A scene isnt dictated or set by rules, cuz the innovators are the rule breakers ya know. one who belongs to a sub-culture is only defined by their behaviors n mindset.
In my opinion anyway.

I'm not a big fan of anyone who tries to label themselves based on the drugs they use. I don't mean calling your self a stoner or anything like that, I'm referring to anyone who thinks "Because I like _______ I have to _______"
 
Back in the day I our little clique was called Freaks. Long hair. leathers and a chopped Harley.

About 4months ago, me n the homie harley were packing bowls in my alley across the street. my alley is known for some really chill n nice hobos passin through n hangin out, as odd as it sounds its true.
well after a couple bowls n silent peace of a nice long beach night, a homeless guy walks by n crouches behind a car bout 20feet from us. i dnt pay much attention obviously, stoned as shit ya know.
after about 20-30 minutes of him crouching n fiddling with his shoe he stumbles over to us with his nappy hair, shit stinking body, crossed eyes n crazy look, crouches next to us n hits his loaded crack pipe 5 inches from me.
i cud hear that shit sizzle n im like "fuck. this. shit!"
before he cud exhale we get up n relocate.
crackheads are prtty goddamm horrible.
