What drug am i ?

I can help people get off opioids and I taste like shit. Sedating or stimmy is what I can be. I am gaining quite the popularity atm. Oh what can i be?

Be really careful as it could be Krocodil as it is spreading all over Russia. Don´t do this man. You loose part of your body. Make a quick research in Google to see how terrifying this is becoming in Russia!!!
