Your body is really good at doing its job - if you eat hair or insects your body will break these down and expel the left overs when you poop. (Insects are commonly eaten around the globe and are a pretty good source of protein). Hair on the other hand would best be avoided but the odd bit here and there isn't going to cause you any problems.

Correction to a reply

After IV use of meth, especially if on a binge, my friend says their body will start to sweat it out. Meth will come out through the pores of your skin and smell absolutely HORRIBLE.
Won't go away no matter how many showers or how much you clean yourself.
Also your clothes will have the stench, as well as bed, blankets, your room, etc. Anything or any closed space that you are in for a long period of time, like hours, will smell horrible.. like meth itself.

Your information is clearly based either on hearsay or the personal experience of someone who doesn't actually know how to smoke meth properly, rather than research found in reputable journals and peer reviewed studies... or at very least wikipedia lol

Meth does NOT come out of your skin.... if you look "shimmery" after smoking, well you have recrystallized meth vapor all the heck over yourself (PS this DOES NOT HAPPEN IN YOUR LUNGS, meth being water soluble will only recrystallize in a dry environment, so let's put that myth to rest now.) Meth actually leaves your body through your urine. The funky smelling sweat of meth user is due to the fact that ammonia ends up in the sweat mix (don't ask me the chemistry, but I've read up on it, extensively so I'm very confident that it's ammonia, not "meth" you are smelling, but I'm not a biologist). Plus, the sheer amount of movement someone might engage in while tweaked (heavy dancing, house cleaning) coupled with the tendency to ignore hygiene is going to make ANYONE stinky, even without the added "benefit" of ammonia.

Properly smoked meth has little to no smell. Perhaps a faint perfumy/chemical hint of smell that honestly, wouldn't even be noticed by anyone but a jonesing meth user and is easily masked by one squire of a room/body spray or a single puff of a nicotine vape.. I've seen it smoked 10 feet away from non-smokers (with only a semi closed door between) and no one noticed anything. I've seen it smoked in public through some pretty ninja non-pipe methods AND NO ONE NOTICED ANYTHING. That nasty smell in a room and on your stuff? That means someone is burning their shit. If it's any darker than a deep blonde by the end of the bowl, you're doing it wrong, and THAT is gonna STIIIIIIINK.
