What does real Ketamine look like?

I'm new to this site and hope that this can help me become more educated. I've never done K before and a lot of people are telling me there's certain things to look for to tell if it's fake. Is there anywhere I can find a picture of what it's supposed to look like vs what it's not?

I'm sorry but that's bullshit, ket looks like fine crystals as do many other things you can very rarely tell what drug a powder is from merely looking at it.
ket has a distinctive taste but that wont help you as you've never done it before, maybe get one of your friends to taste it.

Everyone is telling me to look for rod like shards, not powder is a good indicator. Do you know if K shows up in drug tests?

It's going to be difficult to describe what Ketamine should look like, because it's going to look like any other crystal-like chemical on the market. Generally speaking, I find Ketamine should look more crystal-like, less powdery. In my experience, it tends to look similar to salt, rather than say something like flour.

This doesn't really help, but it's a little something to give you an indication of how it should look.

Here is an image. I found it when I googled Ketamine, though it can be any substance. Having seen Ketamine several times, this is generally how it should look. If you are buying it in baggies, it may be cut, so it's appearance may be more powder-like as oppose to the crystal appearance in the photo..

It is impossible to tell "good" or "bad" ketamine simply by presence or absence of crystals, but it is characteristic of ketamine to form rod-like shards and cubes, almost like salt.

Ketamine can be tested for in drug tests, yes. But we don't discuss drug testing here on BL.

It can certainly look like powder but good product tends not to, and be in crystal form - even if microcrystalline form - instead. This is a tendency: a probability thing... but you cannot determine anything by it for sure. I guess that in some parts of the world it is common for the available K to be cut, even if a little bit, so going on the hunt for crystals could be pointless and/or fruitless.

There is no way to tell them apart, I have tested offered K on the spot (well not in public) to see what kind of potency it was. I have gotten potent powder that I was underestimating.

We indeed don't cover testing nor do we allow ID threads, so this will be the end of the matter. Good luck finding good stuff.
