What does it mean that I am currently a greenlighter?

Hello there,
I was searching the web trying to find some support groups and I stumbled across this website and the more I searched this website I knew I could find the support I needed. I am 19, currently attending college to because a therapist, I was recently diagnosed with borderline personality disorder and my bf of 5 years is currently in a ward for drug induced psychosis. I am not sure what his diagnosis is but I think it is bipolar or schizophrenia. I am currently 7 1/2 months pregnant and couldn't be more excited/ stressed/scared!

But what does it mean that I am currently a greenlighter?
