What does Ecstasy taste/smell like?

Does a clean pill have a certain smell or taste to it?

I'm not able to order a testing kit and want to be as sure as i could be.

Any info would help, thanks!
 
taste very bitter! I never noticed a smell of a pill maybe because I never attempted to smell one, I recently had a chance however to smell some MDMA crystal and it did for sure have a distinct smell of aniseed? not that i'm an expert on them but that is what most people liken it to, reference http://www.aniseeds.com/ if your not familiar with aniseed

Some pills have a certain taste and smell some dont. No rules.

Not ordering a test kit is like visiting thailand and not taking condoms.

The drug market is now swamped with absolute crap. You have to test or you pay the price.

The aniseed smell hops rightly describes comes from safrol which is the starting component of many MDMA synthesis.

unfortunately unsavory street dealers have cottened onto this idea and often spray pills and crystals with anise oil which smells very similiar to safrol.

In two seconds you can have a wrap of Research Chemical smelling like the freshest and best MDMA you have ever tried.

Taste is also a very very poor way to identify MDMA. Highly dubious.

Sorry but both test methods by all accounts are useless. By employing these methods you wont be sure of anything.

Make the effort to get the kit and all will be revealed.

Attempt to ID a pill in this way you may as well just swallow it. Neither option is more safe.
