What do you think would happen, realistically, if everyone on Earth took one pill

Realistically?

There would be many deaths, as countless people, especially newborns and the elderly, are medically unfit to be imbibing stimulants. Also, at any given time, there are those who are involved in very precise, important, and potentially dangerous activities that require their exact and skillful attention, like piloting planes, or operating a nuclear reactor. This would invariably result in further deaths and injury. Basically, it would be mass chaos for four to six hours.

I would imagine following that governments the world over would have trouble holding back the tides of people demanding drugs be decriminalised.
 
on the peak world leaders wud be signing peace treaties and as soon as the come down hits they will be invading countries where weed is grown alot looking for a smoke! the whole world on an acid hit wud be better :P some strong 1s:P
 
Realistically I think there would be a lot of raping and pillaging and some riots too. There are a lot of bad people in this world that would take advantage of the mass euphoria.

All the bad people will be consumed by the PLUR embraced by everyone on E, and they will turn into good people. Never under estimate the power of PLUR, and positive energy.

I cant say that it was everyone on earth, or that they were over the age of 18, but at my school ball's after-party, pretty much the majority of my year took their first pill (which has become a growing tradition over here..)

And I have to say, it was one of the freakiest nights of my life.. Because there was the group of us who were familiar with them and knew what to expect, then there were people going weird :| like really weird, one guy's lips were bleeding cuz he was chewing em so much, and another girl was spaced-the-f!ck-out and her friends considered taking her to the hospital, and heaps more stories to go along..

And being in that heightened-sense, were everything is kinda intensified, I really wasnt enjoying the environment cos of that :S
 
Honestly I think the world would be exactly the same as it is now, but just way more extreme. Gang shootings, spontaneous meetings, tears shed, laughs laughed, conceptions, wars, peacemakings, lines of code written, weed smoked, everything would just double or triple for those few hours.
 
I dunno about everyone in the world,but if we could have given an empathogen to a few of those dickhead dictators of our time that would've been interesting. Hitler on e as he pondered his order to execute millions of jews. Robert Mugabe reflecting on his destruction and subsequent causing of suffering for millions of ppl would be something interesting imo.
