what do you think will happen to swim?

SWIMs house got raided by the Federal Police warrant being for GBL, Swims Laptop computer and mobile phones got seized along with other things.

A week later AFP came to swims house and arrested him and charge him with importing a commercial qty of gbl, SWIM got bail.

The Evidence they have on SWIM is a co-accused swim doesn't know who wrote a statement saying SWIM was behind it, a seizure of 12 litres of GBL at airport addressed to the co-accused house and not SWIMS house, and a tracking number linked to the import on SWIMS laptop which the laptop SWIM previously traded with a heroin user.


If proven guilty in the county court, for this charge?

What is likely to happen to SWIM
 
surely "swim" has legal representation who can answer this question? if not then "swim" needs to get their act together pronto!
 
SWIM should be seeking legal advice from a lawyer and not an internet forum in SWIM's opinion ;)

Seriously though they may have a hard time establishing beyond reasonable doubt that you were the one importing the GBL if it wasn't in your possession, being sent to your house, purchased with your credit card etc? Do you have any proof you bought the laptop off someone else?
 
I lost interest in swimming after primary school. Just doesn't excite me as much as real sports.
 
but it seems they have lack of evidence in proving my friend guilty, this is a stupid thread, why did i post it? too high
