Not sure if this has been posted as a poll before, but it would be interesting to see what percentage of BL users prefer their cannabis.

Admins, I would like to request a poll, but feel free to direct me if there is already a poll set in place. Or if that is not the case, I'd like to request a pol because it would be an interesting statistic, and reading members' feedback about what they prefer, and for what reasons.

Once again, admins, feel free to redirect me to an already existing poll if there is such a thing currently in existence. :)

Cheers, ^^

I like both, sativa for hanging with mates or general day time smoking and an indica to relax at night/help me sleep. Since I rely on cannabis to sleep if I had to pick one it would be indica, but sativa certainly has its place!

It doesn't matter for me since I'm not in a place where medical marihuana is legal so there are no controls. One day I could really enjoy a sativa and later an indica. All the growing process and even the strain is more important than if its indica or sativa but if I have to choose one I'd choose a good hybrid maybe sativa dominant.

As close to a 50/50 hybrid as possible. I like a good mindfuck, and I've found that's a good way to surprise your tolerance.

Really, though, I'm good as long as I can get a different strain with a different sativa:indica ratio every time I grab some more. This high quality shit that's been saturating the markets lately makes it kind of hard for me to be choosy. Every option I've got is top notch weed and I love them all.

Indica for pain relief all the way. It does make me sleepy though, so I try not to smoke pure Indica's during weekend days. Sativa's on the other hand really help with the inflammation from arthritis, but cause ravaging hunger and occasionally lead to abit of paranoia.

My favourites tend to be hybrids. I find these easiest to manage and titrate.

I hate indica. I'm pretty sure most bud in the black market is indica dominant (I barely remember ever getting any sativa dominant buds) because that's what most people seek in bud. I prefer sativa because it sends you momentarily flying like a psychedelic, but you can do it daily. Since I can only find indica dominant buds these days, I've simply quit smoking; I just hate when bud makes me a boring ol' bump on a log, and it's indicas that do that to me, not sativas.

Indica all the way. It's beautiful, earthy, sedating, calming, feels very therapeutic to me.

SATIVA!!!
fuck CBD it counteracts a lot of the high

If i was taking it medicinally then Indica tho.

Going to Colorado tomorrow, really stoked to smoke a bunch of top shelf. Indica is my favorite, I love the sedative effects and it combines well with most drugs, while sativa can make me paranoid. But if I wake up, want a buzz but have shit to do, I go with low doses of sativa.

Sativa hands down any day! I'm not much for downers (though I prefer indica to any standard sedative), but hallucinogens are my favorite drugs easily so sativa fits me perfectly. Given how lazy I am anyways I really don't need to be couchlocked, and I love having energy.

I still like indica, and generally hybrids are what I'm able to acquire most of the time anyways (top shelf ones though & enough THC to satisfy) but once weed becomes legal at least 75% of my smoking will be straight sativa, hybrids/indica just for getting ready for bed.

As well, the times I've had straight indica, low THC et al, have also been thenonly times I could get really bored stoned, so if I'm smoking an indica I still need one with at least enough THC for that mindfog & introspection. CBD is not enough for me even though I do love the body high it provides.

three years ago, I would have said Sativa, because I love(d) the nice psychedelic but clearheaded high they give me. But since I'm suffering from anxiety issues, I'd rather take an Indica or traditional hash (morocco hash is very indica anyway) nowadays, because I'm not very keen on freaking out.

As far as buying off of the street, it's hard to tell what you're getting. The majority of people claiming to have indica just have a hybrid. Now that I get it from a dispensary though, I know exactly what I'm getting and won't even touch sativa. I tend to be prone to anxiety while stoned, but jot so much with the sativas.

Most weed today is a hybrid. The dutch fucked the gene pool up by mixing and matching so many different kinds, and the US market was flooded with dutch seeds since they were bred for the highest THC or CBD content. It's very rare to find a strain that isn't a hybrid today. I mean, I paid $90 for an eighth of any guaranteed landrace or heirloom weed strain. Even if say you're buying "Grape Ape" from a dispensary, it's most likely 95% Grape Ape, and a 5% mix of another strain that is bred to have large outputs, and quick flowering cycles.

I say this in almost every thread I talk about weed, the game has changed, and I don't smoke weed anymore because of it. I haven't found a Pure Thai in years.
