What do you like to do on an day off of Adderall?

I don?t really like Adderall, so I try to take a day off like today. However I constantly think about it, even though I know I will just get nerves and anger from taking it. How do you occupy yourself?

I found the Wellbutrin antidepressant reduces my stimulant cravings (used to do them a lot, like several days a week now every couple weeks or so)

I don't take Adderall on days off. I prefer to take a downer and mellow out.

Oxy back in the day. Currently benzos. Or alcohol if I'm desperate.
