What do you do when you're completely out of drugs?

^It's funny, I'm not sure if you're from the US, I think you are from Penn...I could be wrong...

From what I pick up on, it seems like it's pretty common in the UK for people to be completely strung out AND drunks at the same time, which is funny to me! I havent really seen to much of that!

I'm either doing my dope or Im off dope and drinking, it's a weird combo, you have to be a real soldier to have a dope habit and STILL be at bar throwing back drinks!
 
Contemplate suicide. But eventually I do have drugs. And when I have drugs the question of suicide is unthinkable. But if things ever did get that bad I'd go out on a shot of IV Hydromorphone, Cocaine and Dia'Morphine. Long live Dr. Kevorkian (get it?).

im in tx. dfw more specifically

but yea i dont really touch alcohol if im using but when im not booze n benzos is my thing

n yea i agree most users i know are the same as you n me, no booze unless your out of opiates

only person that really sticks out for me is this one 40somethin y/o old nig who introduced me to tthe trap i used to visit, he was a bonafide alcoholic n dope addict, for awhile id pick him up, go to the gas station, he would get a md 20/20 watermelon (no im not makin the watermelon shit up) n then we'd go to the trap. like dude refused to do anything without gettin n md 20/20 first, one time i picked him up n he was all shaky n obviously hurtin n i asked if he was dopesick n i forget his exact words but it was somethin along the lines of no n i wont be for a few more hours but you gotta get me to the gas station n hurry
 
I am out now for the first time in recent memory. I always run out of my methadone early 3 days...which means the first 48 hours are not that bad...but the last 24 im kind of hurtin,so I stock up on lyrica or Gabapentin..today I am even out of that though...so now all I can do is count down the next 24 hours and cry and smoke...it's my own fault though..
 
Well, I got my script on the 24th for my norco's, and now I only have about 13 left to last me 18 days... It's just hard to not take them if I have them, so they go quick. I legit need them for pain but take too many because I also want to get high.

Oh, addiction. What a hate/hate relationship..
 
I think about drugs and build them up in my head like they're so amazingly brilliant. So when I next score, actually doing them is never as good as my cravings suggested.
 
Well if my sub doctor is outta script pads. I will call a friend who has subutex. If that doesen't work. Call another friend for fent. patches. If that doesn't work i dunno. I guess take a bunch of my klonopins. Walk into a store and drink a full bottle of that liquid immodium stuff. Then go back home and pass out.

Honestly those are my options. But i just try to make sure i got enough subs to maintain on. I'm happy to have money now.
 
I always keep a tiny store of super emergency stuff but never take it. I find I feel less anxious and its easier to deal with if I know its there in case this super bad emergency called for it than if I took it and knew I had absolutely nothing.
 
Steal shit, trade expensive (lcd flat screens for ex.) shit for like .4 of dope, steal money from my parents, middle man people for free dope, pawn my favorite guitars and never buy them back, eat mad gabapentin, lope, and benzos. Maybe get fronted and hustle some ECP boy. Be a taxi for my dope boys to make booms for gas $ and free dope.

Its sad... i pace the house and cry
 
I would wait until I got enough money to score up. However, I never run out since I have the funds to re-up my shit berfore I get "dangerously" low. I make sure I have enough for my next party time.
