Me, I always try to get my circulation going, and fast. Usually sprint outside as fast as I can, no matter how cold it is, what time it is, or what I am wearing. Other times I took the opposit or what I had in me. For stimulants, I would take a quick downer, For downers I would take a quick stimulant.

I have never overdosed on opiates before, surprisingly. I wouldn't call it "overdosing," exactly, more like my intolerance to cannabis, but whenever I smoke too much and my anxiety acts up, I run my wrists beneath cool water. I would imagine that this little trick would work equally as well in other situations, maybe a panic attack...

I don't think I've ever overdosed on opiates either, but I'm not sure what drug(s) the OP is making reference to in the first place...

If I'm nodding out on opiates I consume a stimulant, however, so that works, usually ephedrine or dex-amphetamine, caffeine if neither of those are available. I don't considering nodding out to be the same thing as overdosing, however.

I couldn't stop vomiting when I started to OD. Everything was so dizzy if I tried to movie I'd vomit again. I must have vomited 10 times when I OD'd on OxyContin. Just a little bit more and I would have probably dies because my friend sure as hell wouldn't have called the cops as he was fucked up, he probably would have tossed me in the dumpster somewhere so he wouldn't get in trouble.

^ What? Thats fucked up all your friend had to do was get you an ambulance Its not like he would have got in any trouble.

Or did he not know you were overdosing? And were you able to speak to him like to let him know and call 911

That just seems like a fucked up situation to be in id be freaking out scared for my living.

It depends on what you've taken. You can vomit (basic, classy method) but I remember the only time I had a doubt while trying to fall asleep after taking heroin, I just asked my boyfriend to "check up" if I was still alive on a regular basis during the night. Needless to say, he got a bit scared, while I just laid with the vague idea I could possibly die.

Well he was a drunk bastard, wouldn't know what to do. He really didn't give a fuck about anything or anyone. He just laughed as I was vomiting. Good friend of mine.

Is good to take the opposite of what you're ODing on?
pickles u b askin weird shit all the time. HELL no its the worse idea doing that depending on what drug you od on it can make it more difficult to bring you back. Overdosing is like getting drunk and blacking out and then you wake up if your lucky thats how it was for me and how its is for most....aint much too it...its LAME

I do push-ups when I feel like i'm nodding too much. It has only happened on morphine, since such a high oral dose is needed to feel euphoria.

Beautifully written. That's how I've ended a few brutal 3-4hr panic attacks several years back. :|
