Heroin What do you do when you can't get a Suboxone Doctor

So I was wondering if anyone else has had this issue. I can't find a Suboxone Doctor near me, at least one that doesn't charge hundreds of dollars a visit which I can't afford (thus why I have medicaid) However I need to quit the dope, it's gotten crazy I'm not sure what to do, and cold turkey wont work, I sat just as violently sick even a week later, and on top of that when I'm sick I can never make it to class.
Has anyone else had this issue and what have you done, because I'm at my wit's end and there is nothing I can even thnk to do anymore

Or you can get health insurance,

Or you can go on methadone.

A last resort would be buying Suboxone on the street/bartering with a friend.
