I used to have that issue when I first dabbled with it. I've messed with meth for about 5 years. I didn't really get into it all that much until spring 2015 though. But that was only for staying up to keep getting more heroin back then. Crazy times lol. I was shooting up like people smoke cigarettes those days. So I quit everything but weed for a good 7 months and relocated.
Anyway. Nowadays I limit my dosages. Don't get me wrong. I love the tree people and the mysterious voice of nobody from the other room, but I got shit I have to do.
What do I do while high on meth? Everything I would do as I would if I was sober.On my days off when I dont have to worry about being too high, I double my dose and do a lot yard work. I got some acreage that mother nature is reclaiming. Always something productive.

I think you're wrong about it not being a functional drug. I think it's always the way a person lets a drug affect them. Addiction is real, and is nothing to play around with. I mean, nobody asks to be a junkie. Before using, do you think they really intended to live like that?
Drugs, especially the hard stuff, are very powerful. When opportunity comes knocking or in the heat of the moment, most people act without weighing consequences. It's like great food, or good sex, or anything else that makes you feel good. Once the brain knows what it does, its gonna want it.. You got to have self-discipline and recognize whats going on in your brain before you act impulsively. For instance.
You've been up for a while and you're starting to feel tired. Thats when your stomach moans and reminds you that you cant remember the last time you ate or drank water. But instead of getting your spun out smelly ass in the shower, eating a full meal, hydrating and going to sleep, what do you do? Another dose. Thats how most of the meth users Ive met are anyway. I dont hang around them.
Meth can be utilized as a productivity drug if you know what the fuck you're doing. Dont hang out with tweakers, Eat more than you normally would (Meth increases most heart rates's to fat burning numbers) hydrate, hydrate hydrate, Dose lower, and only in the morning/maybe another early afternoon. And go to fucking sleep. Do the dope without letting it do you.
