What do you do for a living?

I manage two countries (Australia and Canada) of a premium text message service company...the pay looks better when you consider I work from home and choose my own hours...self discipline is something I need more of though ;)
 
work the front counter at a high end tanning salon. Its amazing and rewarding. We get certified to tan people according to their needs..not wants. Which gets me yelled at daily from people that want to be dark dark. I decide dammit! You wanna walk out of here charred??!! lol Its not a career choice, its a job though. Architectural drafting is my desire.
 
^ Yea I could see the benefits of working at a tanning salon... I bet you get to lay free eh? I always thought about getting a second job at a tanning place because God knows I could use a little color to my pale complexion!

Architectural Drafting huh? Are you going to school for this or is it just something you've always wanted to do?

I have gone to school for Interior Design and Architectural drafting. After starting I realized i loved the technical work on the drafting classes way more than the interior design aspect. SO, I am planning on enrolling again with that as my major next time. OH and I dont get free tanning for 90 days...I just started.
 
Student at the moment, studying to be a massage therapist.
still first year tho, next year it'll be allll about the Remedial Massage!

Best life choice I made in ages!
 
Earned a bachelor's in Sport Management this past May. Currently making super market floors shine, working third shift. Will be attending nursing school in the Fall, hope to work as an RN one day.
 
Director of Administration for an investment banking firm... really it's just a glorified title for making my boss coffee and answering phones.
 
Full-time student. I worked at a library for a few years, but currently unemployed.
 
I am currently a gas jockey. I'm not making a living as much as I am just barely scraping by the skin of my teeth.

I'll be returning to work as a server in a small bistro soon. I have been holding out for a position that I can make bank at for a little over a year.

I'll be returning to school come January methinks.

It'll be nice to begin looking to the future in a positive light again.
