What do you consider "sex"?

Just a random thought... I've seen gay people on B/light say that for them, giving and receiving oral sex or handjobs is considered sex - e.g. it doesn't have to be intercourse in the same way it does for many heterosexual couples. It's definitely often the case for me that if it doesn't end up in penetration it doesn't really count, but I'm starting to think that's a bit simplistic. And obviously, if your man can't go again for a while after coming it means you have to choose between, say, having him come in your mouth or in you. So I'm curious - do you consider non-intercourse sexual encounters "sex"? And how often would you have these instead of full on intercourse? Lola x

According to Seinfeld, "When the nipple makes its first appearance."

I've always considered it sex after penetration, but it's early days for me so that'll probably change lol.

to me its just 'messing around' until the penis goes in an orifice below the waist, then its sex.

I didn't really understand "when the nipple makes a first appearance" thing. I saw that episode. That means that I've been having sex with random girls since I was 5.

I think wizekrak has it right.

I would define it as anything that produces an orgasm/makes the partner cum.

My opinion is that there doesn't have to be penetration for it to be sex, but there are still sex acts that I would say aren't sex. Don't you love it when your opinons completely contradict other opinions you have?
