Misc What do I need to make A Memantine Liquid Solution?

I got A working MG Scale And considering the potential Side-Effects from Dosing to High with Memantine I was hoping it would be possible to use A Propylene Glycol Dosing Solution Or some other type of Solvent?


I don't even want to consider Buying Memantine Powder unless I can Safely use it somehow?

Thank you for the reply how strong does the Ethanol need to be like do I need to use Everclear 100% Pure Alcohol or close it. Can I simply use a small cheap bottle of Vodka to make the solution with?
