^WOW You probably have the healthiest meals in this thread! I just woke up lol but I dont think I can eat eggs and bacon today so I'm goin to get yogurt and apple.
had the same ingredients of oatmeal as yesterday, but replaced kiwi (not ripe yet) with blueberries (on sale!). gonna bike for a couple hours and come back and eat a veggie omelette w/ avocado and a slice of dave's killer bread
Juice every morning (kale, celery, grn apl, carrot, sliver of ginger); hour later drink two raw eggs from shell (market fresh, not store bought crap; been doing it for 30+yrs, give it a break with "safety") and half a cup of kefir.
Old Russian saying:
Eat your breakfast; share your lunch with a friend; give your dinner to the enemy.
7 grain pancakes to which I added 6 grain cooked oatmeal, plus ground up hemp hearts and pumpkin seeds. Served with a dollop of high fat greek yogurt and maple syrup. I tend to start my day with these.

So I've been trying to figure out if my digestive problems are caused by wheat or dairy, and I've cut them out of my diet for a few weeks. I'll re-introduce them one by one and see how my body reacts. That severely limits what I can eat, as my typical diet included a lot of grains and dairy. Here's one breakfast idea I've found to be really tasty and satisfying, I had it this morning:
Ben and jerrys used to make a creme b rulee ice cream that was beyond good, and of course they discontinued it! I was so pissed, i went out and bought out the store by my house and hoarded it. All gone now tho. Ramen and sriracha is awesome too. This thread is making me hungry. I could tear up some sushi right now. Some unagi nigiri and mackeral nigiri. The place i go to also makes this thing called the tom stiky hand roll, its rice paper with tuna salmon scallop and lobster in this spicy barbaque sauce. Anyone in the towson area should def check out san sushi II and thai one on, they are owned by the same guy and right next to each other. Best sushi ive had around here except for a couple places in the city. Id hate to not live so close to the water and miss out on super fresh seafood.
I had lots from the buffet place at SUnset Street: Chicken, brocolli, pasta, turkey fish and mash potatoes and then ice cream and cake for dessert lols. I'm probably going to pay for it by gaining some pounds
