What did you last eat, version four

so so so so so so SO good. i had been hankering for weeks, my yearning for delicious eel is satiated.
 
fresh fruit/veggie juice (~36 oz; drink the other ~24 oz later)

spirulina

water + acv

I make these little cookie kinda things. Tbhey are basically pie crust with cinimon and sugar and enough salt to taste then i top with turinado sugar and cinion. Roll it out and use a glass to make little rounds then bake and drizzle with local honey. They are slightyly chewy and flaky and sweet and salty, they are bomb and so easy to make
 
3-egg (farm fresh; not organic/free-range but no antibiotics/hormones) veggie omelette w/ 1 slice of organic bread, 1 small avocado

spirulina (2 teaspoons) + water w/ ACV
 
A salad consisting of kale, grated beet, carrot, hemp hearts, sesame seeds, pumpkin seeds, and a dressing of lemon juice, ACV, and olive oil.
 
steel-cut oatmeal w/ coconut milk, pomegranate, peaches, cranberries, kiwi, mango, sunflower/poppy/flax seeds, cinnamon, psyllium husk, nutritional yeast &, peanut butter

mmm, my favorite meal of the day!

as well as water + acv and two large teaspoons of spirulina in warm water
 
no shame in that, stardust. i was in waterbury both friday and saturday :)

last ate a bbq pork burrito wtih extra cheese %)
 
fresh veggie juice ~32 oz

leftover spicy fried rice w/ seafood & mint leaves from a Thai place. unhealthiest thing ive had in 3 weeks. not ridiculously unhealthy, but I can feel the difference as it sits in my stomach. needed a bit of a palette cleanse, though.

had 2 teaspoons of spirulina in the morning before practice, and water + ACV throughout the morning.
 
I'm on vacay so I'm taking a break from oatmeal and banana lol. I'm almost done with my workout but I'm gonna have eggs bacon sausages and toast!

my bowl of steel-cut oatmeal is my fave meal of the day, so you couldn't pay me to take a break off it. (well, i take a 1 week break every 2-3 months or so just to refresh my palette.)

regular ole oatmeal and banana would bore the hell out of me tho
