A delicious lunch of an onion bagel with Daiya chive and onion cream cheese topped with nutritional yeast, a few watermelon slices and a romaine salad with green onions, alfalfa sprouts, vegan ranch dressing and nutritional yeast. All with a nice cold cup of Odwalla's original superfood smoothie to wash it all down. :D
Switching to an all vegan diet just over a year ago has really improved my eating habits. I went from a pizza everyday, take out every meal, chips and other unhealthy snacks to meals like I just had. Not to mention I dropped 30 lbs in just 4 months, feel much better physically and mentally and I'm bursting with energy!
