my breakfast fix is getting more and more complex every day...

organic milk, chia seeds, banana sliced, sunflower seeds, pepitas, dried cranberries, goji berries, machu pichu trail mix, raw buckwheat, broken up walnuts, ground flax meal, greek yoghurt and cinnamon spinkled on top

tastes so good tho!!
 
grass fed ground beef, added taco seasoning and then mixed it all up into a bowl of quinoa. MMMM
 
this was actually amazing..
grilled rye bread, avocado and feta spread with sauteed mushrooms on top
