Just made crawfish-stuffed pork chops served over linguini with a smoky cajun alfredo and grilled shrimp, with a side of grilled crostini and Caesar salad.
I went to see an acupuncturist the other day and they gave me dietary advice for "damp heat" which I've been trying to follow. So tonight was soup with zucchini, onion, corn, chicken, celery, carrot, cabbage and garlic. Was pretty damned good really.
