Do you seriously slam down a 1000 calorie meal just before bed?

Man if I did that I would be tubby very quickly.

As for me: Handful of cashews and pumpkin seeds + 2 x 700mL low-calorie beer. Now am ready for the beach :D
well when I eat a sandwich like that I usually eat about 400-600 kcalories of straight peanutbutter too. so it totals to around 1600kcals in food. I got a metabolism gifted by the gods. I gotta eat a lot or I can't put on weight. if I don't eat like 2500-3000kcals daily I lose weight :/

just ate Mac n cheese and tuna. yum. about 500kcals right there, 40g protein. sipping sweet tea and took some melatonin. might eat another small snack.

had grilled ham and cheese, bean n Bacon soup, gonna have a good dinner tonight at dennys after NA. 4 eggs, some sausage, and Bacon.

2 breakfast sandwhiches (egg whites, lean ham, and whole grain english muffin).
 
I'm eating a fruit salad with a banana, kiwi and strawberries in a mixed berry yogurt. Only 235 calories :) & I'm drinking pomegranate green tea.

I'm thinking of grilling chicken for the first time tonight, my mom usually does it -.-
 
my 1000kcal pbj sandwich about 4 hours ago and a giant bowl of ravioli. also about 6table spoons of pb just cuz I love it :P gotta love my metabolism. so all together about 2000kcals in a meal and a snack. not bad.
 
brekkie #1: three slices of deli ham, a piece of bacon, a piece of toast with butter, and three scrambled eggs mixed up with a block of cheddar. a mug of coffee and a glass of grapefruit juice to wash it all down.
