Stir fried tofu, snowpea, scallion, tumeric root, and garlic.
Trying to avoid meat for months. Started to eat more salad, organic food, fish, whole grains etc.
I never thought these changes would make me life so much better. It gave the energy I needed to start doing some exercises.
