steamed cauliflower with feta cheese and pumpkin seed oil, plus roast chicken and mushrooms sauteed in duck fat with some shallots and parsley. mmm it was good
Dinner last night: Dr. Praeger veggie burger with cheese, spinach, and mayo and Trader Joe's tater tots. Dr. Praeger makes delicious frozen veggie patties, even when microwaved, and I'm not even a vegetarian!
