I eat 9 doughnuts this morning rather then a pizza tonight
It's not optimal but its consequences are very insignificant.Processed cheese and labneh with toast.What an amount I am having to focus on eating. Really trying to give my full dedication to strength and power so to gain I'm eating a meal roughly every 2 hours. Does anyone else here feel like eating the odd biscuit or sweet doesn't really seem such a crime when you're aiming to gain size and strength? I've not even really noticed fat becoming a problem from doing this.
