Lemon-Pepper Chicken Breast. Not my favorite meal, but really hit the spot tonight. Never used to like it as a kid. It really is weird how we aquire different tastes as we age.
It all depends how I'm feeling and what I've all ready eaten in the day before as I like to keep a varied diet, sometimes I'll add celery, carrots or spring onions.^Sound like an interesting combination that. Do you throw in anything else? I often make paste with tuna and raisins (also throw in some garlic onion black olive basil tomato and eggplant) but the tuna+sweetness combo works well imo.
