Poetry what did you just call me?

[Jabberwocky]

looking me in the eyes
he cursed and called me a
'Junkie'

I screamed
I pulled down my pants
I stood on my head
I poured cocaine down my nose
I spun around until I got dizzy
I tied off
I cried
I laughed
I had a psychotic break
I ate some pills
I forced a hardboiled egg down my throat without chewing
I stood on my feet
I jerked him off
I punched him in the face
I smoked some weed
I thought about my day
I got depressed
I got triggered
I cut myself
I called a friend
I broke into a house
I visited the pawn shop
I met with the drug dealer
I got arrested
I came down
I got out of jail
I went to rehab
I talked to a therapist
I went for a hike
I picked some flowers
I thought about my life
I walked back to the man
and then said
"Sorry, what were we talking about again?"

I think he’s just unaware of the disease of addiction (Not labeling you as an addict) but family members often struggle more than the addicts/junkies/hard users themselves. just imagine what they have to whiteness day olin and day out. (this is coming from a long time addict himself). he has a right to his emotions (unless he lays hand on you) to express as he wishes. this is probably harder on him than it is on you.

But I agree with your post , and yes both addiction and mental illness are devastating for their loved ones, almost as much as them

We can be quite facetious and dark on this forum. Its normal
