What did you do to get off your butt today? vs. "Butt's off the floor!"

Went to the gym today in my city, at the rec center. Man is it nice. I'm really impressed with the center. Anyway, I did some cardio for 10 minutes for a warm up, then worked on my shoulders, triceps, pectoralis, and upper back. Of course I did a nice warm down.
 
Yes, yes, the app. Though I did hear about the event in Austin! I'm in California now but I'll be moving to the general Austin area in November so maybe I will see if I can still sign up!

5.4 mile trail run
I like it that when I know I am leaving work early my first thought is I can pick a longer trail.

3 sets back squats
3 sets military press
3 sets weighted pull ups
3 mile run

Been slackin it way too much lately.
 
Run tonight. Had to stop a few times as I forgot to take my inhaler before I went, and the cold air meant I was coughing and wheezing like a mofo. :(

I did alright though, at least I got out there. :)
 
been running everyday this past week after a few months of incredibly sedentary living.. like to the point where i was beginning to just feel miserable and sluggish.. brain fog etc. must say that i am feeling a hell of alot better.. going to make a daily habit of this :) also started on a good vitamin regimen. but that's for a different thread :)
 
^ I hear ya there. I've been having foot pain/problems for months, which makes for an easy excuse to be quite lazy. Glad we're both getting back into the swing of things. :)
