did a 2.5 mile run after doing the same run three days ago... I've been eating according to Tim Ferriss' 4 Hour Body and have lost maybe 5+ pounds in a couple weeks-- in combination with some vitamins and little less drinking, my Achilles tendon is finally starting to heal I think.

Going to buy a road-bike soon and will be riding the shit out of that.

not been doing so well, i had to walk a hill about 5 times today so only 500 metre walk, i really need to get back into routine:(
 
10 min stretching/warm up
6 min tabata (burpees, push-ups, sit-ups, squats)
burpees to failure
push ups to failure
v-ups to failure
squats to failure

coming off three days of scotch at my buddy's wedding. needed a workout bad.
 
A little voice in the back of my head says "If you want to be rich and look good (physically), get your ass to uni and the gym everyday"

Today...just about to smash out shoulders at the gym xD

I turned around as I was wheezing so bad. Inhale/exhale was difficult and sounded like a raspy whistle.
This hasn't happened in 3+ years. I was told I have allergy/exercise induced asthma by an allergist.
I think it is because I have been smoking cigs ror 2 weeks :(

It's too much of a coincidence not to be the culprit. :\

What on Earth possessed you to take it up? I get that stress means people do 'strange' things, but there's really no positives to smoking. :(

Hope you're able to quit ASAP. <3

Edit: we went for a bike ride. New cushioning seat is THE BOMB! No sore gynie!!!! =D

Good to hear, PI. I understand it can be 'enjoyable' but there are absolutely no positives.. It's horrendous for your body and will kill you if you let it. Be strong! <3
 
mix of mantis push-ups, dumbbell fly, exploding push-ups, etc., 20 sets of 10 with no rest

Just been the gym. Haven't worked out in over 3 years.
Did some cardio on the cross trainers and had a program worked out for weights.
