What did you do to get off your butt today? vs. "Butt's off the floor!"

things I did in Mexico...Yoga 60 min class every morning, water aerobics at noon daily, ran about a mile on the beach, ran 3 miles on the treadmill (random setting) and lifted weights, and about 60 minutes of kayaking in the ocean.

Today 4.6 mile hike with my dog because he deserves it.
 
yay a motivation thread. Been trying to do 5 days per week workout.

Today, I will do 5 miles. I do 2 miles run/walk. I think I'm up to maybe 1.5 miles running, but it's off an on. I really so badly want to get to 2 miles running/jogging straight and then walking back to my house 2 miles. Then, I take my dog for a mile.

Tomorrow will be the same.

I usually do boot camp and a mile with my dog today, but I'm a little frustrated with myself. I am so dead tired for the whole day, and I'm trying to get this code done to sell it. I'm going to get tested for hypothyroidism, but until then, I've been doing pretty well with workouts. My arms are getting some shape, and I'm digging it.

During the week, I do boot came and do 2 days arms, 1 day legs. I skip endurance days, because I dunno..just not into endurance days. I would rather do my 5 miles running/walking.
 
In about an hour, 5 miles. :D It'll take me about 1.25 hours to finish. Not too bad. My stamina is getting so much better. Took me god damn too long, but I'm finally able to run faster and longer.

The hardest part is sitting here, just fucking around online and getting motivated to actually go out and do it. But, 1 hour I'm doin it. I'm waiting for the sun to go down. I's a white girl I is and dun need to be out in the sun too long. :D
 
I been lazy in posting and have found it surprising that im doing this workout every day now for a week no rest a coulpe of weeks with cheat days.
Heres where I'm @ now....
Squats: 200 in sets of 30 or 50
Pushups: 100 , Bash out first 30 then go in sets of ten until i reach 100
Lifting pot overhead:100 x in sets of 20
Lunges 100 each leg.
Fill in with run on the spot and warm down with stretching or quick swim.

I just found out what "Isometrics" are also (derp). That is gonna be a new practice 4 sure + I may be getting some actual real weights soon:D Cant wait till i can piss the old pot off and stack a few more kgs on.
 
I vacuumed and walked down a few flights of stairs to do my laundry. Pathetic I know. I need to move around more but I hate going on walks in city environments and the metropolis i live in has no nature trails for me to explore like at back home. nature for me is the best place to feel free and at peace with the universe so i love nature trails and tackle them no problem happily. but walking around in the city with the giant grey buildings and noises and pollution and the fact that i get nervous encountering people when i'm trying to have a relaxing walk has been a real issue for me. i dont get out as much living in the city and probably am going to have to pay the price for it eventually =(

Is there public transportation you could take to get somewhere else for the day every once in awhile?
