im dog babysitter this weekend for 2 young pups and I took them on a 2 hour hilly walk to try and tire them out. Tire them it did not, but I am feeling it.
 
^ They most likely need to runnnnn. I can take my girls on a walk that'll tire me right out, but unless they get to run, chances are good that by the end of it they'll still have energy. I once did a six mile walk with the one: That successfully tired both of us out. But who has the time for a six mile walk every day, esp. now with two big dogs?.../rambling. Enjoy puppy-sitting!
 
Ran 4.5 miles in 55 minutes...wanted to do a quick bicep weight lifting sess but drank a little to much and passed out...kind of counter productive but i havent consumed alcohol in at least two months hahaha....oh damnit there i go with my justification and rationlizing again....hahah
 
Oh yeah definitely - I know how far you can push yourself - it just wouldn't be good for my metabolism to do that. I'd look like a stick figure haha.

Isometrics, 60 squats, aaaaaand pushups and yoga to come later

Haha, I wish I had to worry about losing too much weight! I'm just now finally getting back to form from when I used to play soccer and be on a long distance running team. I just love to eat..when I visit my family in the US I usually gain about 5kg from all the eating and partying (and I do sports there too!).

Studying right now (taking a quick rest), I have the first day of my exam tomorrow, I hope I am ready! I get to go for my ride in about an hour, and it looks nice and foggy up in the mountains.
 
I made up for a particularly indulgent weekend by going out for a run. Surprised myself by completely SMASHING my personal best. Feeling great, ready to smash it again next time I head out! :D
 
4 supersets:
7 x pull-ups
10 x deadlifts (135)
12 x 24" unstable box jumps

1 mile run
 
7-7-7-7 bench press

4 supersets:
10 x dumb-bell fly
7 x mantis push-up

3 supersets:
10 x incline dumb-bell fly
7 x explosive push-ups
7 x regular push-ups
 
Walked around Portland with some fast walkers, lol. Not sure how far we went as most of the time I had no clue where the heck I was.
