That is the one thing I really don't appreciate about cycling!! :D

Did another personal training session at lunch time today, man oh man!! My trainer pushed me WAY harder than last week. I'm not going to be able to walk tomorrow! =D
We did (well, I did):
* 8 x 30 second sprints on the highest incline on the treadmill, then
* 3 sets of:
- 15 squats with 10kg dumbbell
- 15 burpees
- 15 lunges with 8kg kettle ball
- 15 pushups
* 1km run at 10km/hr

Typing that out, it doesn't really sound like that much!! But she allowed me 10-20 seconds rest in between everything. I wanted to spew and cry all at the same time by the end, but just laughed instead :D

Oooh also, I recently bought a Polar watch which records my heart rate, calories burnt, and other stuff for each workout. I used it for the first time today and I burnt about 750kCal during the workout, and about 300kCal in the couple of hours after the workout! Pretty cool :)

Last few days have been win in this subject..... Waking, eating then 10-15 sets of 10 squats, inbetween sets of 10 pushups, a basic martial arts warmup, followed by single, double and tripple punch sets of 20, Basic kicks and stretching... then in the pool for 10 laps freestyle, 10 laps breast stroke. Todays my resting day.. I dont wanna over do it. But for an unfit piece of crap, I'm quite proud of my achievements.
Yesterday i made it to 49 pushups.... Am somewhat disapointed, My body just wouldnt lift me to get to the 50. so was not added to the pushup thread... Aiming for training 4-5 times a week, starting out @ half an hour sessions then working up.... Looks like fitness is gonna be my new hobby;)

Wow, great job S.M.F.G! What am awesome routine you have going.

Also, N3o that watch sounds so cool! I love using the RunKeeper app' on my iPhone when I run/cycle, but I do wish I could monitor my heart-rate sometimes.

Today I did my last Michelle Bridges session! Yeahh! Alas I don't have her incredible body.... But I feel very fit and trim. Starting a new program on Wednesday - hooray for varied routines! :D

I did a 'gold' cardio boxing workout, followed by a 'perfect legs and butt' workout. Now my legs feel like tree-trunks and are all shaky! At least I know I pushed myself. ;)
