Stimulants What could this be ( red speed ?)

Just bought some speed of my normally reliable guy, he gave me the stuff and said it's red but it's good. Now I have got home I have smelt it and it smells like mints and has a paste/gummy texture - any idea what I've got or have I just got ripped off from someone who normally has good stuff?.
