What could cause an inability to feel effects of any drug? tolerance not included

In a search for a feeling of well being during an extremely trying time, and not long term even. My Cat seems to not find empathy, well being or even energy on some well spoken of
compounds.
Dosages started small, and went up a higher amount, and to a point where it was thought better if to continue left little to no effects. The compounds all tested out as what they were supposed to be and I do know that this was the Cats first Meow
Could a brain or a system just not respond or not respond to certain things?

Perhaps you're missing the necessary enzymes to break down the drug and thus make it active?

Just ask your question in normal language. It might be possible to interpret your post, but it's not clear at all, I mean is the Meow stuff a reference to Mephedrone?

What drugs are you talking about? Have they worked for you before? Are you on medication? New medication?

My friend (yes, actually my friend), has some massive tolerance it seems. He took 100mg of 2C-C on one occasion with almost no effect discernable from sleep deprivation. He's not taking any medications or other drugs. Seems odd. He may be trying LSD soon, so we'll see how that goes.

Thank you. honestly I have only been a reader and was truly nervous about how to ask a question or what can or can not be said.
Here is the data plain and simple. I have only ever used cannabis. Medical grade I grow myself. I have a card and have a green thumb. But am tired of that feeling.
From a reputable supplier, and a test kit, I purchased something called BZ-6378.4-methylephedrone Now I am not to proud to say I could have gotten ripped off. I did not use the test kit, a friend and frankly have no idea what he was looking for. But he is not dumb and he gave the nod it was ok. Everyone else seemed wonderully happy with the result and I was left wondering what I was missing.
I started with a weighed 75 mg, then 1 hour later 25mg bump. Still nothing. Really NOTHING. Then 50mg. At that point, I was just not sure what to do so stopped. better safe than really sorry in my book.
Was I to safe? Maybe insulflatting is not correct. Or I am using the wrong type of compound. I can understand tolerance if I was a seasoned users. But I am not, and after getting a bit excited about the experience, thought I should flat out ask. (well flat out this time that is) BTW I dont even have a cat. I have a Golden Green Tortious. He is just plain not intrested in anything other then lettuce.

Try eating 200mg in one dose and see how that makes you feel. If that does "nothing", time to flush whatever you bought and write it off as a scam.

Well, 4-methylephedrone IS mephedrone... so if they are selling that as BZ-6378 then I don't think it's legal almost all over the world! On the other hand, everywhere I look seem to be claiming that it's actually 4-MeMABP aka 4-methyl buphedrone. I've only seen BZ-6378 offered in bulk and haven't been able to make a purchase, but I am curious as to its actual identity; do you still have some left? We should have it tested and see what they're actually shilling out!

No reputable vendor would ever call mephedrone that. It's mephedrone, or 4-methyl-methcathinone. Just the fact that they're getting creative with naming means they're not a reputable supplier.

100mg of mephedrone should produce effects in most individuals - do you have any experience with stimulants? ADD medications, speed, ephedrine, those energy/diet pills, etc? Are you on any perscription medications?

150-200mg eaten should definitely produce effects, assuming the shit you got is legit - which it may not be.

Because the responses to it in OD are generally not useful, probably. There isn't a good place for discussion of cathinones and similar stimulant/empathogens here - they're not mainstream enough for OD (and OD is very heavily moderated), and ED doesn't like threads on RCs. So they end up in PD or ADD, depending on whether the topic is practical or theoretical. That's my take on it at least - and to be clear, I don't mind questions on meph et al here...

I don't mind it's discussion here either, most of what I know about it I know from bluelight.. And I know enough to be sure to never try it Just kind of throws me off seeing it here as I mainly read about psychedelics and psychedelic experiences on this board.

I don't like the effects when insufflated. Oral administration is fine, but with modest dosing I don't see the point. With higher dosing it's not recommended because it's quite an unhealthy drug. Don't make a habit of this, anyway if you are interested in my opinion: look for something else, mephedrone is a hollow feeling rush with particularly addictive qualities. You would be doing yourself a favor to not buy it again, I believe that. Even if it means having to work up some patience for some other choice on the menu to eventually come along.
