What class does cannabis fall into for you?

maybe for the first like 30 minutes you could argue that vaguely

but thats like the firthest thing I would classify it from

I never wanted to do shit after smoking its part of the process of becoming a pothead like realizing you get nothing done stoned and picking and choosing when you can smoke

weed is versatile. when i have a low tolerance, sativas can make my mind race. not perfectly analogous to stimulants, but i could see how it could be interpreted as such.

everyone feels drugs uniquely, so i don't think it's such a bad question. part of the beauty in weed is that there are different strains, rather than H or meth where it's just good or bad.

I find different strains give me different highs.
Generally, if i'm smoking at home, I'll be pretty slow..
But if I am stoned at work or in an important situation, I tend to get more of an uplifting (stimulating?) effect..

Somnolence and dry mouth at lower doses. At higher doses, a pounding heart and intense anxiety.
Wish I got more out of it :(

That sucks man, but hey weeds not for everyone. It looks like your in London so your not going to have alot of choices in terms of strains.

Cannabis to me falls into the category of Euphoric Analgestic for me.

When I get the ultimate buzz, I'm going to feel almost as good as I do when i'm on opiates.

I usually always get a different buzz everytime I smoke, but every once in awhile it clicks and I get that perfect high.

I prefer heavy indicas!

Whenever I smoke the effects are usually psychedelic. But other times it acts more as a depressant

Depends, usually a depressant though. One time I thought I was getting some kind of major psychedelic effect (my vision turned purple) but apparently it was more likely to be because of a rapid change in blood pressure.

Works as a good stimulant for me and is cheap where i am, plus I've never had any issues with after effects i always have a good time.

CBD's an anti-psychotic? Hm. I did not know that.

Nice pictograph, by the way. (This parenthetical note marks the first time in my life I've used the word "pictograph." I'm packin' a bowl for the occasion, I encourage you all to do the same.)

Will do. :P

Yeah apparently so. I've heard of some people keeping high CBD strains and separate high THC strains. After smoking too much if they feel like they were getting paranoid or anything they would start smoking the CBD strains to calm them down. Not sure whether this actually works though because I haven't tried it myself.

EDIT: I just realised that wasn't even the picture I meant to post, but it's probably better. This is the one I meant to post:

Cannabis is a few things, the come up from smoking is always a stimulant. I feel my heart rate start to go up and just feel stimulated.
Once the peak is done, it is always a psychedelic feeling but sometimes it is sedating and sometimes it is stimulating and panicky.
When I am with people i don't know it is a full on psychedelic where i will analyze everything and not want to be real social.
When i am alone it is more sedating but still a thoughtful psychedelic in every instance.

Psychedelic for me, but thats how I choose to portray it and believe it as. Weed can be psychedelic if you believe it to be one and want it to behave like one, it can be on the other end of the scale if you believe it to be that.

I don't see how people suggest stimulating, but its all subjective.

^I think the setting and strain can effect this. But I usually get a racing heart beat for at least the start of the high. If its a strong sativa in an unfamiliar or stressful situation then its likely that paranoia will ensue.

yeh sativa is far more stimulating than indica but it is hardly comparable to a stimulant like a variety of speed. each to their own. :)

It depends on the strain. choose a strain and then ask from there but you still have phenotypes and a picking time so then again this is too broad..8(

I like this chart, but have a few problems with it, like why the sympathomimetic amines are so close to the anti-psychotics, when the best model for psychoses the institution has is stimulant overdose.

If it's a strong sativa, I get a paranoid, racing, alert high. If it's a strong indica, my mind goes blank, and I want to fall asleep in the absence of outside input.
