what cities have the best scene?

kinda a broad question, but where have you been thats had the best atmosphere for partying and decent quality drugs?

for ex. London is a great city but the drugs in old blighty are shit imo especially coke. same for las vegas which i never expected.

i had the best experience in Madrid, Spain. really great coke and X, and easily found/accessible in clubs and bars. the attitude there was way laid back

im going to costa rica soon and hoping will have another good experience
 
Yea Ive been to Costa Rica like Mexico all the prices have gone up due to white tourist. Nicaragua is probably better and cheaper.
Colombia was number 1 for me. 5dollars a gram.
just been to Ethiopia and chewed a lot of khat that was cool.
I live in London and i know there are are a lot of drugs going around but it so hard to get a good contact. finally I think Portugal was be a good place with there relaxed laws and connection to south America.
 
My cousin went to Berlin in Germany in 2006 and she said it was incredible - Germany is the world's leader in trance/electronic type music. Supposedly they got it all - great quality heroin, methamphetamine, regular amphetamine, cocaine, excellent MDMA, and ketamine. All kinds of pharmaceutical opiates. Benzos are huge too according to my cousin, but the most common on the street and most popular ones are flunitrazepam and temazepam. There are other benzos, but those 2 are generally the ones you'll find on the street along with diazepam too.

I'm sure Amsterdam would be awesome too. As would Southern France, Spain, Portugal, Bali (in Indonesia), Caribbean, Japan, and Australia.

Japan is fucking terrible. With as harsh as the penalties are, and with Yakuza's controlling every flow of all the drugs that are there, the only "scene" in Japan is the sober one.

It's what I have heard from multiple people who have visited. Granted, they weren't there for drug tourism purposes, but knowledge gets around quickly.

Pretty much the only place a non-native will be able to score is in the Roppongi section. Every single club there is run by the Yakuza who push dirty ass H to tourists if they decide not to rob or pickpocket them.

Coke is non-existent.

The weed there isn't even worth smoking because of the horrible punishments for even small amounts. That being said, it's nothing like the shit you will find in New York. On top of that, it's expensive as fuck. (Think triple what you would normally pay for a gram of mids.)

If you even want to smoke cigarettes, you can't just do it anywhere like you can in the states.

I would assume that basic psychedelics such as acid and shrooms are in extremely minute quantities as well, though I'm not sure about that one.

If anything, I would guess that Pharm pills are pretty abundant compared to everything else. That's about the only thing I can see Japan having a lot of.

i live in tulsa, oklahoma and there aint shit here. lately everything is getting hard to find, whether it be weed, OC, coke, etc. i got some of the dankest bud ive ever had last week and it was fucking expensive because we hardly ever see dank around here. my biggest complaint is the lack of psychedelics. ive gotten good acid twice and every other time has been weak ass 3 hit-to-trip shit.

moral of the story: dont come to oklahoma!!! haha.
 
I've only been a few places, but my faviourite was the clubs in downtown Hondurus. Cheap and AMAZING coke, great E, awesome meth, nice heroin, and plentiful women lol! And the Farmacias...ohh God. You could get anything from oxy to adderall if you slipped the right pharmacist the right amount. Here in Toronto, its nice, but rather expensive and my favourites(opiates) are relitively hard to come by in the club scene. However, OxyContin and Dilaudid saturates the suburbs (where, thankfully I live). There's incredible marijuana cheap and abundant all over the place (hell, it's Canada), but I hate the stuff so I don't pay attention to that scene.
 
Here in Detroit, the opiate of choice is obviously heroin. Cocaine/crack is EVERYWHERE.

Of the pharmaceutical opioids, morphine and hydrocodone dominate the scene.
On the benzo side, lorazepam seems to be the most common in the Metro Detroit area. Alprazolam, clonazepam, oxazepam, and diazepam are also common.
 
I haven't been that deep into the psychedelic scene here for many months, just haven't had the right chance to trip for one reason or another, but I was recently at a party where many people were either on LSD or were discussing LSD they had recently tripped on, but as long as I've lived here (5 years or so) there has always been LSD available, and lots and lots of powder MDMA.
 
I live in Phoenix, AZ, it is the biggest hub for tar heroin in the United States. So obviously heroin dominates the city, and although prices aren't allowed to be posted, I will say you won't find it any cheaper than you will here. It is fucking everywhere you go, this city has a massive problem with it, due to proximity to the Mexican border.

Shit, pretty much everything is abundant here for that reason, but especially Heroin.
 
i live in L.A. and i can find pretty much any drug i want.

hell i can get quaaludes(they're real and great), Seconal(reds, good barbs like that are nearly impossible to find these days), all sorts of "exotic" drugs(ethylamphetamine, nicomorphine, MMDA); L.A. pretty much has whatever drug you fancy.

Amsterdam
L.A.
Tijuana
NYC
Miami
Dallas
Las Vegas (woot!)
