I'm looking into capsuling my own supplements as it is cheaper to buy the bulk powders. I was told I can use any filler powders that is consumable. Is dextrose supposed to be the cheapest? I've looked into stevia as well. I was told about rice powder and milk powder as well. Still can't decide. LOL. I think dextrose is favored by athletes. I might be going for dextrose since I am a steroid user and bodybuilder. Just want to hear what you all think. Maybe there are filler powders out there I should look into as well that I have not heard of. I have some coca tea powders but that's not practical since this is more expensive stuff to be using as filler.
