Cocaine What can you safely combine with cocaine or amphetamines to calm the anxiety

I would avoid mixing TCAs with cocaine. Both have cardiotoxic effects caused by sodium channel blockade, so the combination of both is unlikely to be healthy and safe.

Many of them are sedating due to histamine antagonism, but plenty of pharmaceuticals are strong antihistamines without being cardiotoxic sodium channel blockers.
 
I used to take either 0.1mg clonidine or 10-20mg propranolol. Not together.
it will kill the high some but good for a comedown. Don't re-dose after.
 
I feel like anyone using coke either sniffing, smoking, banging or boofing you should use caution with mixing shit. It seems to make sense to ask for opinions and experiences before taking anything, but it’s really not. I. Love you !!

a lot of people on this site claim there is scientific evidence that mixing uppers and downers isn't as problematic as people think and some people even go as far to say it's safe with certain drugs in those different categories. i'm kind of in between with my thoughts on this... although it's not the end of the world if someone doesn't have health issues, i can't imagine it's not stressful on the body to take stimulants and then do a downer, but people say it's not really bad.

personally i don't even like drinking coffee and alcohol in the day same day or taking a benzo while the coffee is still kicking in. feels kind of grosser to me than either of the drugs feel alone.... i don't really have experience with combining some of the other drugs people use, but with my experience with softer drugs in the same category, i'm not really into it. not my thing.
