For Comedowns all these things work amazing. But you can use anything for Comedowns. Antipsychotics, TCAs, mirtazapine, things you wouldn't mix with stimulants.

I would avoid mixing TCAs with cocaine. Both have cardiotoxic effects caused by sodium channel blockade, so the combination of both is unlikely to be healthy and safe.

Many of them are sedating due to histamine antagonism, but plenty of pharmaceuticals are strong antihistamines without being cardiotoxic sodium channel blockers.
