What can be used to prevent amphetamine peripheral vasoconstriction effect?

Have you tried a minimal level dose? not 100 % sure it would work but with some drugs enough to overcome unwanted withdrawal effects, just make sure you keep reducing it

What makes you think you're having vasoconstriction?

What is your heart rate like?

All of these can be very dangerous when mixed with amphetamines because vasodilation will cause reflexive tachycardia (increased heart rate)... stack that on top of increased HR from amphetamine and you could be finding yourself having a heart attack...

But in theory, you could use:

Clonidine (arterial system) - an a2 agonist that acts in the CNS, tricking the brain into thinking circulating catecholamine levels are higher than they actually are, and causing a reflexive peripheral vasodilation via decreased release of norepinephrine

Phentolamine (arterial system)- We use this in the ER for amphetamine overdoses. It's a peripheral a1 and a2 antagonist, but it is a competitive inhibitor so taking more amphetamine will just cancel out its effects

Nitroprusside (venous system) - Direct vasodilator

Nitroglycerin (venous system) - Direct vasodilator with specificity for coronary arteries
 
if this is happening i think you should avoid amphetamine altogether. how much does it take for you to notice these effects?
 
I think the OP may be refering to vasoconstriction in one small but rather important area. Pretty common on amphetamines. They make pills for that.
 
maybe some poppers aka amyl nitrite helps? should be easy to get (if hes talking about sexual problems while on amphetamines)
 
Yeah you're right squirrel, sorry didn't mean to alarm anybody. But I got slightly tingling and cold hands and feet and dizzy spells when I stand up, slight paleness of the skin, ocasssionally spots in my vision (retinal not hallucinatory) and of course my dick doesn't work as well as it should in comparison to my excitement level.

So does something like viagra or cialis work for my dick and all the other stuff as well? Will it counteract any of the high?
 
if you want to stay on the more natural side of things you could go to GNC and look for L-Arginine pills in the weight lifting section. It is a vasodilator, and has a history of use for erectile disfunction

Works great, still takes forever to cum but that isn't a bad thing. Doesn't help with anything nonsexual so far as I know. But I don't know shit about pharmacology, someone who does might want to chime in on that.
 
Well I got scripted 100mg Viagra today so I'll post on the effects of this. I am curious to see if this will also reverse the coldness in my hands and feet and reverse my pupils turning into black saucers. I know I'm legally on a script but I also know my pupils are ridiculously huge and I think people notice it.
 
you get huge pupils from plane amphetamine? you must take insane ammounts no wonder you get cold hands ^^ or are we talking about mdxx? but anyway I dont think that this will help vs. huge pupils no idea what helps aginst them some sort of eye drops maybe?
 
This is in the form of adderall IR, I only 30-40mg per dose(therapeutic) and up to 200mg through the course of an evening(recreational) and yeah my pupils dialate to nearly max and wont retract. I was at the eye doctor and he was looking in my eyes and he's like "ya know your pupils are nearly 100% dialated and not responding to light?" And I told him about this medication. Because while my pupils are dialted I see halo's around everything and my close range vision is difficult to focus in.
 
yea i also have this problem but only when im on methylone or sth. which raises serotonin levels.
And the eye doc. couldnt give you sth against that?

He just told me I could wear reading glasses and it should help. That's fine but it's still not going to help with those halo's around every light source, particularly on dark backgrounds.
 
I'm curious to know if this actually works... the enzyme isoform that viagra targets is found only in the penis and the lungs, so it is meant to be very specific and not vasodilate elsewhere.

At the same time, it has been shown to synergism with other vasodilators in the peripheral tissues.

p.s. pupil dilation has nothing to do with vasoconstriction/vasodilation. It is due to either sympathetic nervous system stimulation of a1 receptors (which controls the dilation muscles) or blocking the effect of the parasympathetic nervous system (which controls constrictor muscles)
 
result: The viagra worked flawlessly, better than I thought possible really. I was pretty darn high on 60mg adderall(which usually renders me unable to get it up easily or come) and I took 100mg viagra, it was effective within 10 minutes on empty stomach and I could not be happier with that. However it had no effect on pupil dilation or the coldness in my hands and feet.
