What bud am I smoking to get these highs?

That may be worded a little weirdly in the title.

Basically this is what I am asking.

Getting high and stoned, being relaxed, and just slow. Your eyes are heavy and stuff.

Or the one where your eyes have a slight lowering and your kind of speedy (Heart, reactions). Your a bit faster. I don't know how else to explain this.

Kind of hard to explain weed highs.
