what bodybuilding supplements do you use?

I drink a couple monsters a day and don't have issues eating. A smoke cigs as well and can put down 3000 Cal's a day (I'm a small Guy so 3000 is sufficient to build muscle)
 
For some people it makes no difference, I was drinking 8 tins of emerge (cheap redbull) a day at one point, once I kicked that habit my appetite rose at least 1000 cals a day, though that's just me
 
Are these mentions of 20,000 IU of vitamin D3 safe? I only take 5,000 IU, and that's because my doctor said I was very deficient in it.
 
Your body will produce that much naturally with an hour of direct sunlight. I only take d3 on the days that I don't tan.

Some people may advise 5000iu, but I like to keep my test high. I take breaks from vitamins like this though.
