What Are You Prescribed?

Morning:
70mg methadone
75mg lyrica(I dont take it)
225mg venlafaxine
Midday:
75mg lyrica (Idont take it)
Night:
75mg lyrica
5mg lorazepam
50mg quetiapine
40mg etumine
1mg xanax (when i take stims)

Im gonna start taking pregabalin during the day cuz I have experimented good feelings with this drug. Im Gonna ask my doc to up my lyrica dose and change venlafaxine to paroxetine cause its not working at all. Im tapering benzos because I cannot handle them. I abuse when I found a box of lorazepam. Its my mum who give me th pills everyday. I LOVE benzos and opies.
Have a nice day or night depending of where do you live. Here in Spain is 5am
 
fucken Seroquel 800 mg daily and Amisulpride 400 mg twice a day! Wish I never started on anti psych's. I don't care what my doctor says they're fucking addictive.

And 10 mg of Valpam once a week.

At least I'm not strung out on benzos having seizures and shit even if being a over-medicated fat bastard can be quite depressing.

Fuck doctors. 800mg quetiapine is an elephant dose. Its divided at least in 2-3 doses? so why are you taking amisulpride?
DO you have psycosis symptoms?
If not Idont know that massive doses.

For me-
Morphine 90 mg day
Gabapentin- 600 mg 3 X day- this one was switched for Ambian. Glad I got off that sleeping medication. I have noticed the gabapentin helps keep me out of opiate withdrawal as well as keeps my mood stable and helps sleep disorder as well as chronic pain. Helps nerve pain, no more itching the hell out of my feet at night. This is a great medication. Although it does dim some of the good effects from morphine.
Clonazepam 1 mg

Why dont you tell us your meds? We wanna know!🦍
I really want to get off some meds but others I think I need. Surely for mi insomnia. I have several issues to fall sleep. I believe of the capacity of regeneration of the human being.
The more healthy you eat(macrobiotic way)
The more you regenerate all of your cells.
So we have to be careful of what were eating.
Lots of integral bio cereals, lots of legumes, vegetables and if you want to eat meat or fish do it max 2 days a week. Fish is better than meat, specially blue fish and Salmon.

I m telling you all off this things but Its a way of listening to it and try to apply it miself.

@Painful One we need your knowledge and real love vibes in the community. please never change. Stay where you are. You make me blissful.

yes indeed, it is all about the diet.
I have found I have to fast at least one day a week and I drink tons of water. Flush that system out.
I like to be a lean, mean machine. I do not like carrying extra pounds. It bogs me down.
But I am not a weight watcher. Luckily for me, never had a problem with a lot of weight but the gabapentin did put some pounds on me. Mostly water and I find the fasting is very important for health.
I highly recommend it.

Good fresh fruits, lots of strawberries for me.
Lots of mushrooms, squash’s, fresh veggies and lean meats 2-3 times a week in small portions.

I try to put Into my body only that which comes from nature.
Fish oil supplements a few times a month keeps long hair shiny and strong. Skin clear and healthy.
Vitamin D and C are a must take daily or at least a few times a week.

I have started to take a iodine supplement a few times a week to shield from radiation, all the 5G etc..,pollution is going to kill us.

Watch that diet.

Is ambian zolpidem?So you finished with this? 10 times better Gaba and nothing about the effects of Zolpidem. Im happy about this switch due the pain relief youre feeling.
Why do you talk about opiates wd while youre taking 90mg morphine? I dont understand.
Why dont you try pregabalin. Its a great med.
Youll need a lower dose and probably will calm your Chronic Pain and surely will enhance morphine in a perfect synergi. And will help with your sleeping disorder.

Yes, Ambian is zolopidem. Horrible drug. Can Cause blackout and complete amnesia.
I just dropped that one cold turkey after years of use.
It was no big deal to quit that one. For me at least. Everyone is individual.

Well.....I tend to be a few days short of morphine some times.
I am dealing with chronic pain and I refused the opiates for “Break through” pain.
So, I have nothing when I get pain flare ups and then use more and then suffer a few days without.
You see?
Doctors are tight here. Miracle they even prescribe me morphine.
The pharmacy has become the gestapo.
They used to let you pay cash if a few days early instead of going on medical insurance.
Now, nope. Cannot refill until exact day.
So, it is hard.

Gabapentin is what the specialist I went to told me I needed.
Lots of money and tests to him to diagnose properly.
His knowledge was worth it though as gabapentin is wonderful and perfect fit for my issues.

Only scripts I use/am prescribed are:

-Alprazolam .5mgx4/day for cramps
-Hyoscyamine .125mg as needed, usually if I wake up in the night from cramps and don't wana waste an alpraz
 
I forgot to add the most important thing....epsom salt bath soaks.
This gives you Magnesium.
Magnesium is hard to take by mouth as you can overdose on it and it can cause really bad mental issues.
The best way to take it is through skin absorption.
Your skin will absorb only the amount of Magnesium that your body needs and no more, no less.
Helps with muscle aches and pain.
Make sure you are never low on Magnesium.
Big problems for people this can cause.

It is always helpful to sweat out toxins in hot, steamy bath! 👍
 
I have a bottle (Magnesium) sitting right next to me.

I can't even begin to say how important it is !!

Very amazing supplement !!!
 
Bupe, Test IM, and Levothyroxin. Everything else just makes me bonkers.

Yeah I have fibromiyalgya and I just did EMNG and they have some scans of MRI from 2018 from recontruction of ACL,
I today miss job and It's not good cause this job is great and you need to be concentrated and sitting 8 hours talking to Hands down If i would generalize Australians and NZ people are just calmer, polite, they listen and we EU-it's a self eating machinery this is off topic sorry just my ADD is higher when I'm sleep deprived and in pain and No more can't bare the pain without tramadol and bupe trams are working most of the job and paracetamol(but I have them separated) Had trams or 1 left so, I tried morphine pill like a year ago and oxycodone got samples from a.....nwm will describe it down with the codeine
I have a mission and I assure you it will be close to meds that I wrote down and here is not easy to get what you want but my manipulation(for good intentions-my own health) are not that good when I'm in pain and without Concerta (frickin bureaucracy)

will need to go to E.R. I take minimal dose of pregabs cause sometimes it helps but only in high dose with stimulants cause there's no water retention then so the pain is lower, they even now in Croatia acctually starting to prescribe oxycodone which was only for cancer patients, but bupe will block it, i tried it and no p. withdrawal syndrome, oh and tapentadol is now in the list of meds for neuropathic and tramadol helps( venlafaxine and duloxetine are listed but first I took 2 years and lost 2 years of life, quetiapine is even baby aspirin in comparison with Venlafaxine) uuuhh, trams are even great but are like MDMA not in effects just loose the magic fast or you just get used to the feeling so I never got hooked on any opioid only frrickin bupe the best antidepressant in the world! and I don't know it's like my genes are from buprenorphine? I just can't get off, all my power system shut down and it's not even analgesic except headaches and stomach issues which I think improved cause my liver is ok, stomach, al the GI trackt or was 4 months ago! last: got some German paracetamol(acetaminophen) with 30mg codeine took 3 one day, took 2 then 600mg Nac also special preparation for my mom who hates it I just have it in situations like that or when out of pregabs. which happened a week ago and don't remember when so I was like: is this how the Heroin feels? it was frickin amazing!! was in like most content ketamine+ghb state, I will also try to ask about codeine but I think my bupe levels in plasma-serum-blood wherever, or codeine works with bupe cause with 1 or 2mg not all receptors are saturated?? That morphine I talked about was sulphate I think and I think was 10 or 20mg max had 5 of each, oxycodone in capsule form and like 5mg or 10mg some vendor from Spain I think.
I felt morphine i railed it like Elliot Mr.Robot and itchy, little noddy, but I remember that Oxycodone I didn't felt anything or I was expecting to much now when I look back i also had Phenibut at the time which is the greatest substance after Mdma and vanilla pudding maybe!
I think I will need something like this:
buprenorphine Subutex only or Macedonian little bupes (Suboxone is utter bullshit this is subjective I tried 8 and 2 and like 2 months the worse two months of my therapy cause ) 2mg or those monthly shots
Baclofen-Lioresal great for muscle pain and insomnia in low prescribed doses
Pregabalin stays the same 600mg daily or 900mg daily which I had then Tramadol is out and Concerta is in
Tramadol 100mg, or Tapentadol
Codeine but with ketoprofen
out of list of medicines Croatianagencyofmedicines, but as we are in EU EMA has it, that I have prescribed by the same person who runs the neurology-psychiatric dept.
I already have
Clonidine-015mg-when tapering from subutex but now this is just .....I don't know when? it's good only when you taper, maybe it's good stack with stim almost like again I think of both California Rocket Fuel drugs not that good, Mirtazapine is even ok but ai ai ai you become fat as Rhino
my wish: Elvanse-German Lisdexamfetamine, one pharmacy said that I just bring them prescription as usual for Concerta and they will try cause she saw it on computer and asked me about dose 30mg, 50mg, 70mg?
Or I have sample pack now of dexamfetaminesulphate called Tentin I think it's from Netherlands 5mg not bad, subtle almost like Armodafinil

adding Gabapentin with Pregabalin they are not that same aside all papers and studies? tho I didnt try them together

and sorry but acctually this was written thinking and working stuff like eating, checking, e-mails meaning that I plan that way in my head and I will discuss with my aforementioned Prymaryus-doc. and cause of my memory I spill out something like ndri with pregabs are great cause no tinitus, no swollen limbs, then like pharmacological properties of some ACE-inhibitors, or antipsychotics or neuroleptics and extrapiramid.synd. or diabetes danger, or was on Sulpiride a while ago different doc i started getting milk and I'm a man so f.....of. she will consider all or most of them cause they make sense.
the best way would be to be just on low dose pregabs and some analgetic like ketamine- that make sense but Spravato is I think off the market again
